OAICA is the name, and the standard we hold ourselves to. We build tools that put capable AI on hardware people already own, and we are steadily becoming an AI company in everything but name.
OAICA is an acronym — Only A.I. Can Answer. It started as a way to describe the work: the questions worth asking of a modern tool are the ones that need a model to reason, not a lookup table to recite. The name stuck because it is also a limit we accept. Where a model is the right instrument we use one; where it is not, we say so.
OAICA is built by BizTransit Sdn Bhd, a Malaysian software company. We have spent years shipping software for other people's businesses, and OAICA grew out of that work: the same problems, solved with a different kind of tool.

We are in the middle of a deliberate shift. The company is moving from a general software business to a pure AI company — fewer products, one direction, and everything we ship aimed at the same question of how people work with models day to day. That is a change in what we build and how we spend our time, not a change in who we are or who stands behind the work.
What that means in practice:
OAICA is a terminal AI CLI, a fork of Ollama's client, that points coding agents such as Claude Code at whatever model you have: a local Ollama or llama.cpp server, an OpenAI-compatible endpoint, or a machine you run yourself. It hosts no models and needs no account to run. Download it from the home page, read the docs, or see pricing.
